Refunds

• Once the returned products have been received by us, the refund process will begin.
• After the returned products have been inspected and approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or faulty, in which case shipping fees will be covered by us.

• Discounted or custom-ordered products cannot be returned.
